Frank J. Michienzi, President
Frank joined the Michienzi Construction team in 1990, working side-by-side with his father Frank S. Michienzi for four years before taking over the company in 1994. Frank graduated from Wentworth Institute of Technology in Boston, MA in 1977 with an Associate Degree in Architectural Engineering Technology and in 1979 with a Bachelor of Science in Architectural Engineering Technology. After graduating from Wentworth and prior to joining Michienzi Construction, Frank worked as an architect in Boston where he specialized in the design of several buildings including, but not limited to, The Pearl River Hilton (Pearl River, NY), The Sheraton White Mountains Hotel (North Conway, NH), The Settlers’ Green Outlet Village (North Conway, NH), Mystic Hilton (Mystic, CT), Malden Hospital (Malden, MA), and the then-BayBank Office Building (Burlington, MA). Frank currently possesses an Unrestricted Construction Supervisors License in Massachusetts (License #CS-055862) and is also licensed to work in Rhode Island (License #32328).
Nicholas F. Michienzi, Vice President/Project Manager/Project Superintendent
Nicholas joined the Michienzi Construction team part-time in 2000 and full-time in 2008 following his graduation from Roger Williams University in Bristol, Rhode Island. At Roger Williams University, Nicholas majored in Construction Management and minored in Business Administration and Spanish, graduating Summa Cum Laude. Nicholas graduated in 2010 with a Masters Degree in Business Administration from Fitchburg State College in Fitchburg, MA. Nicholas currently possesses an Unrestricted Construction Supervisors License in Massachusetts (License #CS-104874), a Rhode Island Contractor's License (License #32528), a Massachusetts Real Estate Salesperson License (License #9550950), and his OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) 10-Hour Construction Safety Certification. Nicholas is also an adjust professor of construction management at Southern New Hampshire University.
